All of our care plans are developed and overseen by Seema Chauhan, a Registered Division 1 Nurse with 18+ years of clinical experience at Cabrini and Monash Health. This means genuine clinical expertise and accountability behind every service — not just support workers operating alone.
Simply contact us or book a free discovery call. We will work with you and your support coordinator (if applicable) to set up services under your existing NDIS plan. We accept plan-managed and agency-managed participants.
Yes. We offer private in-home nursing care for individuals who are not NDIS participants or who prefer to self-fund. This includes post-hospital recovery support, chronic condition management, wound care, and medication management.
