Our support workers, registered nurses, and care coordinators are the heart of Raha. Every team member is selected for their clinical skill, cultural awareness, and genuine compassion.
Working alongside participants, families, and support coordinators to ensure care plans are implemented smoothly, services are delivered on time, and goals are regularly reviewed and updated.
Every member of the Raha team is carefully selected not just for qualifications, but for their empathy, cultural awareness, and genuine commitment to participant wellbeing. We recruit people who see care as a calling — not just a job.
What sets our team apart is the structure behind them: every support worker and nurse operates under a registered nurse-developed care plan, ensuring clinical accountability at every level of service delivery.
We treat every participant with genuine kindness, patience, and dignity — always.
Our team’s collective expertise spans clinical nursing, disability support, cultural inclusion, and care coordination — enabling us to deliver holistic, high-quality support across all 11 of our NDIS service categories.
